11th Circuit: Plaintiffs Fail To Show Right To More Benefits In Exposure Case

(September 14, 2015, 7:18 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — A panel of the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 4 denied the appeal of a group of plaintiffs who sought to reopen an underlying case and receive additional health benefits from a settlement pertaining to chemical exposure injuries, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to respond to the equity and estoppel arguments raised by the defendants (Antonia Tolbert, et al. v.
