USPS: Limitations Period Begins With Notice Of Resignation

(September 10, 2015, 11:00 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The time for initiating an administrative review of a retaliation claim brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that is based on a constructive discharge does not begin until that employee gives notice of his resignation, the postmaster general argues in a respondent brief filed July 28 in the U.S. Supreme Court (Marvin Green v.
