Mealey's (September 9, 2015, 2:18 PM EDT) -- ABERDEEN, Miss. — A Mississippi federal judge on Sept. 8 refused to dismiss a property owner's complaint against several banks in relation to her mortgage, finding that they did not challenge her claims and that the complaint stated a plausible claim for relief (Elizabeth Lefford v. JP Morgan Chase & Co., et al., No. 1:15-CV-60, N.D. Miss.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 119230).
