California Federal Judge Orders Amended Infringement Contentions

(September 8, 2015, 12:31 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Although denying a defendant’s motion to strike, a California federal judge on Sept. 7 ordered a patent owner to amend its infringement contentions for specificity (Synopsys Inc. v. ATopTech Inc., No. 13-2965, N.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 118796).
