(September 8, 2015, 12:15 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — Sufficient evidence of work around a company’s floor tiles and that the product contained asbestos during the times in question keep the defendant in a New York asbestos action, a justice held Aug. 6 (Joseph Galasso and Ruth Galasso v.
