(September 8, 2015, 12:11 PM EDT) -- HARTFORD, Conn. — A complaint by two insurers seeking a declaration that fee-forgiving billing practices by several surgical center defendants are unlawful under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act can proceed, in part, a Connecticut federal judge ruled Aug. 31 (Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, et al. v. True View Surgery Center One LP, et al., No. 14-1859, D. Conn.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 115227).
