Judge Orders Fracking Plaintiffs To Comply With Discovery Request

(September 2, 2015, 3:22 PM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Aug. 31 ordered plaintiffs suing a hydraulic fracturing company to comply with an outstanding discovery request regarding the claim that the company is liable for nuisance, negligence and strict liability for its fracking operation close to the plaintiffs’ home.
