Mealey's (September 2, 2015, 8:44 AM EDT) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The lead plaintiffs in a class action suit alleging that corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) installed in their home is defective because it is more susceptible to damage when the surrounding structure is struck by lightning during a storm on Aug. 6 filed a notice of appeal in the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, seeking review of a federal judge’s July 27 decision to dismiss their lawsuit for failure to state a claim (Chad Pelino, et al. v.
