Michigan Federal Judge Grants Stipulated Preliminary Injunction
Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 4:05 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — A Michigan federal judge on Aug. 21, 2014, granted a stipulated preliminary injunction preventing implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate in a case involving a closely held corporation (MK Chambers Co., et al. v. Department of Health and Human Services, et al., No. 13-11379, E.D. Mich.).
