Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 3:58 PM EDT) -- GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 16, 2014, denied en banc rehearing in a pair of cases challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate opt-out, leaving stand a June decision affirming denial of injunctive relief (Michigan Catholic Conference, et al. v.
