(August 26, 2015, 1:50 PM EDT) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A group of lease accountants presented sufficient evidence to make a “modest factual showing” that they were similarly situated and should be granted conditional certification in a wage-and-hour complaint, a New Jersey federal judge ruled Aug. 21, rejecting the employers’ arguments to the contrary (Paula Robles, et al. v.
