Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 3:52 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — “An avowedly non-religious” pro-life organization’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate challenge would “lead to the end of group health coverage,” the government argues in a Sept. 23, 2014, motion to dismiss (March for Life, Jeanne F. Monahan and Bethany A. Goodman v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 14-1149, D. D.C.).
