ICSID To Hold Hearing On Peru's Objections To Treaty Claims

(August 21, 2015, 1:30 PM EDT) -- PARIS — A tribunal for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Aug. 19 announced that it will soon hold a hearing on preliminary objections asserted by the Republic of Peru to a treaty dispute filed against it, including arguments that the tribunal lacks jurisdiction (The Renco Group, Inc. v.
