ACA Enactment Lawsuit Resolution Sent To Full House By Committee

Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 3:23 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A resolution seeking authority to initiate a suit against President Barack Obama and various department head for the alleged failure to faithfully construe the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) passed through the U.S. House of Representatives Rules Committee on July 24.
