15 Industry, Environment Groups Intervene In 6th Circuit Clean Water Rule Case

(August 19, 2015, 7:40 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — Fifteen industry and environmental advocacy groups moved to intervene in the Clean Water Rule multicircuit petition litigation between Aug. 12 and 14, according to the docket in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (In Re Murray Energy Corporation v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-3751, 6th Cir.).

The two industry intervenors are the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the Utility Water Act Group.
