Power Morcellator Lawsuit MDL To Be Argued Oct. 1

(August 18, 2015, 2:04 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Twenty-one federal lawsuits in which plaintiffs allege that power morcellators resulted in the spread of cancer cells will be the subject of an Oct. 1 hearing before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, the panel announced Aug. 14 (In Re: Power Morcellator Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2652, JPMDL).
