(August 18, 2015, 12:32 PM EDT) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — The daughter and son of a man who died of mesothelioma lost their bid to have a legal representative appointed for unmanifested asbestos claimants in the Chapter 11 case of Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH) when a Delaware federal bankruptcy judge on Aug. 11 denied their motion for representation, to which the debtor had objected (In re: Energy Future Holdings Corp., No. 14-10979, D. Del. Bkcy.).
