Nonprofit Urges Top Court To Take Up ACA Mandate, Accommodation Challenge

(August 18, 2015, 12:14 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A nonprofit religious college told the U.S. Supreme Court on Aug. 11 in a petition for writ of certiorari that it should enjoy the same exemption from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate granted to religious employers (Geneva College, v. Sylvia Burwell, No. 15-191, U.S. Sup.; 2015 U.S. S. Ct. Briefs LEXIS 2739).
