Judge: Inmates’ Lead Injury Cases Stayed Pending Global Settlement Proceedings

(August 17, 2015, 11:26 AM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — The federal judge in California presiding over a group of consolidated lawsuits brought by individual inmates who contend that they were poisoned by lead on Aug. 4 issued an order staying the cases pending global settlement proceedings (David Steven Terry v.
