Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 12:15 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs seeking to advertise that a vote for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) supports taxpayer-funded abortion sufficiently demonstrated potential future injury from enforcement of an Ohio law barring false claims, a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court held June 16, 2014 (Susan B. Anthony List, et al. v. Driehaus, et al., No. 13-193, U.S. Sup.).
