(August 17, 2015, 10:42 AM EDT) -- RALEIGH, N.C. — A motion seeking documents and deposition from an unretained plaintiffs’ asbestos expert about his role in a 2009 statement on asbestos disease in mechanics seeks evidence already in the company’s possession and is unduly burdensome, a federal judge in Pennsylvania held Aug. 13 (Arthur L.
