(August 14, 2015, 11:34 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A federal judge in New York on July 22 appointed an investor as lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit, ruling that she is “presumptively” the most adequate plaintiff (In re ForceField Energy Inc. Securities Litigation, Nos. 15-3020, 15-3141 and 15-3279, S.D. N.Y.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 95614).
