Federal Court Told Testimony On Alternate Cigarette Design Should Be Allowed

(August 14, 2015, 10:59 AM EDT) -- BOSTON — Testimony by a proposed expert on Philip Morris USA Inc.’s failure to sell de-nicotinized cigarettes as an alternative to conventional cigarettes should be admitted at trial of a medical-monitoring action against the manufacturers, class plaintiffs argue in a brief filed in Massachusetts federal court on Aug. 13 (Kathleen Donovan, et al. v. Philip Morris USA Inc., No. 1:06cv12234, D. Mass.).
