6th Circuit Denies En Banc Rehearing In EEOC Harassment Suit

(August 13, 2015, 10:04 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on July 8 denied an employer’s petition for rehearing en banc in suit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of four employees who alleged that they were subjected to sexual harassment and retaliation (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. New Breed Logistics, No. 13-6250, 6th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 12417).
