(August 12, 2015, 2:49 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on July 31 denied a veteran’s claim for benefits for injuries he alleged he suffered as a result of exposure to Agent Orange (David F. Ohmart v. Robert A. McDonald, No. 14-1900, Vet. Clms.; 2015 U.S. App., Vet. Claims LEXIS 1041).
