(August 12, 2015, 2:16 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Delaware federal judge did not err in rejecting on summary judgment a complaint that sought a declaration of trademark rights, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 11 (Benihana of Tokyo Inc. v. Benihana Inc., No. 14-3683, 3rd Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 14028).
