U.S. Supreme Court Will Consider Disability Suit In September Conference

Mealey's (August 11, 2015, 10:33 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled Sept. 28 to consider whether a case in which a disability claimant alleges that a disability insurer wrongfully terminated her benefits under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act is appropriate for review by the high court (Rachael Cook v. Aetna Life Insurance Co., et al., No. 14-1449, U.S. Sup.).
