10th Circuit Stays Birth-Control Case Pending Existing Cases

Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 11:46 AM EDT) -- DENVER — The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on July 7, 2014, granted the government’s petition to stay briefing and abate its appeal of a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate ruling pending the outcome of cases already pending in the court (James C. Dobson, et al. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-1233, 10th Cir.).
