6th Circuit: Wal-Mart Workers’ Gender-Bias Class Claims Were Tolled Under Dukes

(August 10, 2015, 12:16 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — A follow-on gender bias class action filed against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. after the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes (131 S. Ct. 2541 [2011]) was timely as it was filed under American Pipe & Constr. Co.
