Intervenors: Limitation On Involvement In Fracking Case Should Be Denied

(August 10, 2015, 10:11 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A group of intervening parties in a hydraulic fracturing lawsuit brought by environmental groups focused on the plight of two species of wildflowers on July 16 filed a brief in Colorado federal court contending that — contrary to the environmentalists’ argument — their participation in the case should not be limited (Rocky Mountain Wild, et al. v. Noreen Walsh, et al., No. 15-00615, D. Colo.).
