Judge Finds 2 Estates Lack Evidence Railroads Are Employers’ Successors

(August 10, 2015, 9:55 AM EDT) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — The estates of two men have not shown that named railroad defendants are the successors to employers where the decedents allegedly suffered asbestos exposure, a Delaware judge held July 13 (In re: Asbestos Litigation, Estate of Dennis Franco v.
