Denton, Texas, Ordinance Allows Fracking; Group ‘Decries’ Decision

Mealey's (August 7, 2015, 12:58 PM EDT) -- DENTON, Texas — The Denton, Texas, City Council voted 5-1 on Aug. 4 to approve a new hydraulic fracturing ordinance that the council says will preserve surface property values, the character of neighborhoods and other quality of life issues in the city.
