Class: District Court Should Compel Fracking Company To Produce Discovery

Mealey's (August 7, 2015, 8:08 AM EDT) -- CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A class of landowners engaged in a royalty dispute with a hydraulic fracturing company on July 30 filed a brief in West Virginia asking the judge to order the production of all documents and witnesses to resolve persistent discovery issues (The Kay Company LLC, et al. v. EQT Production Company, No. 13-151, N.D. W.Va.).
