Mealey's (August 5, 2015, 1:33 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A judge on the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) on Aug. 3 issued an order staying an appeal filed by an environmental watchdog and a group of residents who contend that the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) improperly granted a hydraulic fracturing permit to an energy company, pending the DEP’s disposition of pending applications for permits and new well permit applications (The Delaware Riverkeeper Network, et al. v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, et al. [in re: XTO Energy Inc.], No. 2014-101, Pa. EHB)....
