Mealey's (August 4, 2015, 9:29 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A bill that would permit water that has been treated and used in mines to also be used in the operation of fracking wells was referred to the Pennsylvania House Committee on Appropriations on July 22, and another bill that would expand the natural gas infrastructure throughout the state through competitive sealed bidding was referred to the Pennsylvania Senate Committee on Environmental Resources and Energy.
