California Federal Judge Allows Suit Against Used Car Facility To Continue
Mealey's (July 31, 2015, 1:30 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal judge in California on July 14 declined to dismiss a suit accusing a used car sales facility of violating the state’s unfair competition law (UCL) by selling vehicles without disclosing defects in the vehicles or providing adequate inspection reports (Michelle R. Chulick-Perez v. CarMax Auto Superstores, No. 13-2329, E.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 92145).
