10th Circuit: Oklahoma County Secretary Failed To Prove Harassment, Retaliation Claims

Mealey's (October 10, 2016, 12:57 PM EDT) -- DENVER — The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 7 affirmed a trial court’s summary judgment ruling in favor of an Oklahoma county Board of Commissioners and one of the commissioners in his individual capacity, finding that a former secretary who alleged that she was subjected to harassment and retaliation failed to show that she took the required steps to report alleged harassment by her supervisor (Misty Tilghman v.
