Montana High Court: Groups Had Opportunity To Oppose Fracking Permit Process
Mealey's (October 5, 2016, 1:49 PM EDT) -- HELENA, Mont. — The Montana Supreme Court on Sept. 27 ruled that two groups were not denied their rights to participate in the hydraulic fracturing permitting process and were given opportunities to present evidence that opposed drilling exploratory wells (Carbon County Resources Council, et al. v. Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation, No. DA15-0613, Mont. Sup.; 2016 Mont. LEXIS 882).
