Religious Objectors Ask Top Court To Review ACA Accommodation Ruling

Mealey's (July 17, 2015, 8:27 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court must accept a challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) accommodation process to reverse a ruling improperly requiring compliance by objectors and to resolve a circuit split on the question, plaintiffs argue in a June 19 petition for certiorari (Roman Catholic Archbishop of Washington, et al. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., Nos. 14-1505, U.S. Sup.; 2015 U.S. S. Ct. Briefs LEXIS 2220).
