Inc. were named as defendants in a Sept. 22 complaint in New York federal court by a man who claims that the companies breached the copyright in his video of a live birth that was aired on television and posted online without his permission (Kali Kanongataa v. American Broadcasting Companies Inc., et al., No. 1:16-cv-07382, S.D. N.Y.)....
