(September 27, 2016, 1:23 PM EDT) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware federal judge on Sept. 26 refused to reconsider dismissal of an action in which borrowers failed to amend their claim for violation of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) by the deadline set by the court, finding nothing that would warrant reconsideration (Mazen Shahin, et al. v. PNC Bank N.A., et al., No. 13-1404, D, Del.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 131620).
