Amici Seek To Participate In Florida-Georgia U.S. Supreme Court Water Case

(September 21, 2016, 8:50 AM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Maine — Four environmental groups and a law professor on Sept. 15 and Sept. 9 asked a U.S. Supreme Court special master for permission to file amicus curiae briefs in advance of his Oct. 31 trial of the interstate water case between Florida and Georgia (State of Florida v. State of Georgia, No. 142, Original, U.S. Sup.).
