Oracle, Oregon, Reach $100M Deal Resolving ACA Exchange Spats

(September 20, 2016, 12:58 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — Oracle America Inc. and the State of Oregon reached a $100 million deal on Sept. 15 that resolves numerous pending lawsuits arising from the rocky rollout of the state’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) insurance exchange (Oracle America Inc. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, No. 16-451, D. D.C.; Oracle America Inc. v. The State of Oregon, Nos. 15-35950, 15-35975, 9th Cir.; Ellen Rosenblum, et al. v. Oracle America Inc., et al., No. 14C20043, Ore.
