Government: North Carolina Insurance Law Strips ACA Objectors Of Standing

Mealey's (June 11, 2015, 3:54 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY —A North Carolina religious group challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate must also comply with a similar state law and lacks standing, the government told a federal judge in Oklahoma on May 13, 2014 (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 14-240, W.D. Okla.).
