(September 19, 2016, 1:54 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — A drug manufacturers’ organization on Sept. 17 asked a federal district court to allow it to submit an amicus curiae brief in support of an acquittal or new trial for two former drug company executives convicted of adulterating and misbranding a medical device (United States of America v.
