Manufacturers Want U.S. High Court To Decide Jurisdiction Over Clean Water Rule

Mealey's (September 14, 2016, 10:51 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) on Sept. 2 petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari to decide if federal circuit courts have original jurisdiction over challenges to the Clean Water Rule (National Association of Manufacturers v. U.S. Department of Defense, et al., No. 16-299, U.S. Sup.).
