Plaintiff Tells 11th Circuit There’s No Error In $10.55M Wright Hip Verdict
(September 14, 2016, 10:47 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — A plaintiff who won a $10.55 million verdict in a Wright Medical Conserve hip trial on Aug. 30 told the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that the trial court did not err in its handling of the verdict, including sending the jury back after it first returned an inconsistent verdict (In Re: Wright Medical Technology, Inc., et al., Robyn Christiansen, et al. v. Wright Medical Technology Inc., No. 16-12162, 11th Cir.).
