(September 14, 2016, 7:44 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A Colorado appeals panel on Sept. 8 affirmed a trial court’s decision to grant a subcontractor’s motion for summary judgment, holding that a settlement between the window supplier and the builder of a condominium complex did not toll the six-year statute of repose (Sierra Pacific Industries Inc. v. Jason Bradbury, d/b/a Bradbury Construction Inc., No. 15CA1652, Colo. App., Div. 1; 2016 Colo. App. LEXIS 1274).
