Mealey's (July 13, 2015, 4:29 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on June 29 denied without prejudice a mandamus petition filed by the federal government against U.S. Judge Robert C. Jones for refusing to admit pro hac vice certain government attorneys in the ongoing Walker River Irrigation District litigation, citing the appeals court’s ruling in a similar action (In Re: United States of America, No. 14-71408, 9th Cir.).
