(September 12, 2016, 4:13 PM EDT) -- SANTA ANA, Calif. — Napoli, Bern, Ripka, Shkolnik & Associates and potentially others used its status as a premier asbestos litigation firm to bill clients “excessive, inappropriate and possibly fabricated” charges, according to a widow’s Aug. 31 California state court action (Eleanor Chattin v. Napoli, Bern, Ripka, Shkolnik & Associates, and DOES 1 to 10, inclusive, No. 30-2016-00872525-CU-FR-CJC, Calif. Super., Orange Co.).
